Founded in 2004, and under New Ownership and Management since August 2012 we are fast becoming one of the region’s leading and most relied upon manufacturers of sheet metal work.

Pro-Duct and Sheetmetal is located on the Sunshine Coast and we service Queensland and Australia wide. Our primary goal is to provide our customers with the timely supply of high quality ductwork and associated products, as they are required and at a competitive cost. We manufacture sheet metal and air conditioning ductwork, made to any custom specification on time and on the price we quote.

Communication with customers is considered vital to delivering their ductwork smoothly and efficiently, so it is imperative that all parties involved keep communication lines open and active to achieve successful results.

At Pro-Duct and Sheetmetal our commitment to emerging technology, education and training and development of our team means we are right on the cutting edge of sheet metal fabrication and other industry advancements.

In our factory, we have two CNC Plasma Cutters, a CNC Turret Punch, CNC Insulation Cutter and a CNC Press Brake, and are able to manufacture duct and HVAC related components much more accurately. This gives us the ability to be able to co-ordinate larger projects better, with greater accuracy and increased production through repeatability with elimination of manual pattern development.

Servicing throughout the Sunshine Coast and Australia, everything we do is quality assured throughout the production process. Each part is measured and checked using the latest in digital measuring and logging equipment. Our team monitors the entire process to ensure everything meets to requirements.

The Complete Duct Solution.

As well as being able to manufacture your duct, we are able to supply you with the insulation accesories/hardware for the project.

These include gasket sealing foams, liquid sealants, nuts, bolts, cleats, threaded rods, heavy gauge (1.6mm) angle, capping, foil tapes, duct tapes and duct wrap. These are available as an option to supply upon project quoation.
