About the Role: 

Your hands-on experience in commercial HVAC will be instrumental, as you:

• Oversee Commercial HVAC Projects: From drafting to installation, you'll ensure efficiency and quality in HVAC system integration. 
• Financially Manage: Master the budgets, negotiate with HVAC suppliers and subcontractors, and maintain financial forecasts. 
• Provide On-Site Project Delivery: Your technical acumen in HVAC engineering and your leadership will guide site activities, labour management, and customer relations. 

Key Qualifications:

• Commercial HVAC Experience: at least 3 years of hands-on experience with HVAC systems.
• Relevant qualifications and experience in building construction, HVAC design, etc.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, HVAC software, reading HVAC drawings, and contractual documents.
