As an experienced mechanical drafter....

Bring Designs to Life:

  1. Use Computer-Aided Design (CAD) to create detailed drawings to industry standards.
  2. Engage daily within projects, communicate with builders, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
  3. Follow specific calculations, work with CADD systems, and collaborate with engineers.

Responsibilities:

  • Detailing Excellence: Produce coordinated shop drawings that meet both Industry and Company Standards.
  • Project Leadership: Manage daily operations, from shop drawings to site measurements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Communication Mastery: Maintain timely communication, attend project meetings, and present shop drawings for quality assurance.
  • Health, Safety & Environment: Adhere to procedures that protect health and safety and the environment.
  • BIM Management: Lead Revit Projects on BIM360, including template and family development.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in CAD, Navisworks, and coordination programs.
  • Solid Project Drafting Experience, including Leading Coordination.
  • Minimum 2 years' Revit Experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competent in prompt online response times.

Working under the Drawing Office Manager you will liaise with external contractors, builders, and site managers, and ensure tasks meet industry and company standards.
