About the Role:
- Participate and lead where required all safety training, compliance, and installation as required for GMG and its customers.
- Compile and lead-safe method statements/risk assessments as required.
- Manage the application process of THERMAL-XR® for HVACR equipment for:
a) Internal and external (customer support) training
b) Product performance optimization,
c) Local or internationally based (where required) customer projects and
d) Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) application.
- Carry out troubleshooting for HVACR equipment and or projects as required.
- Support sales, marketing and order delivery activities as required.
- Manage onsite contractors were required.
- Conduct product research and development activities as requested.
- Conduct quality product testing as required.
- Update sales and technical systems as required.
- Provide feedback and collaborate with the product manufacturer (coating blender) as required.
